Aspire Contracts also provides a project management service to complement our building and refurbishment services, providing our clients with complete peace of mind. All building projects will be managed by Stewart Moohan personally, who has worked in project management for several years. Stewart will act as a single point of contact throughout the project and will visit each project on a daily basis to ensure that all tradesmen are completing the work to the client’s specific requirements. Our project management service covers the overall planning and co-ordination of a project from inception to completion aimed at meeting the client’s requirements and ensuring completion is on time, within budget and to the agreed specification.
Projects involving the complete refurbishment of a property are the most satisfying to undertake. The length of time spent on site allows a real emotional commitment to be formed with the project.
