Aspire Contracts offers first class, skilled workmanship and a conscientious attitude towards all aspects of the work we undertake and pride ourselves on our honesty and professionalism. We aim to provide a complete bespoke service from design to completion for all projects however big or small, giving our clients a unique, personal and stress-free service.

Our Managing Director, Stewart Moohan, has been in the construction industry for over 15 years having started at trades’ level and reached senior positions within private consultancy practices. Stewart is passionate about Aspire Contracts and is committed to providing an unparalleled quality service, on time and within budget to every client.

The Aspire Promise

• We aim to deliver multi-trade building solutions, providing a complete, project managed service for all your building needs;
• We work in association with specialist sub-contractors, including asbestos removal, timber preservation, air conditioning, heating, electrical and plumbing;
• We have established supply chain agreements with builders and timber merchants, floor and wall covering suppliers, and office furniture suppliers;
• We will also work with the client’s own nominated sub-contractors or suppliers by mutual agreement;
• The client will be provided with a fixed project cost prior to any work commencing. All necessary changes to this cost will be discussed with the client prior to additional works being undertaken;
• We offer one point of contact;
• Guaranteed start dates and programmed completion dates;
• A project will not be started until labour can be programmed to complete it. This will prevent any delays once a project has commenced;
• Before the commencement of all projects, a pre-start meeting will be convened on site with the client or their representative / architect and Aspire Contracts to discuss the programme of works. This should highlight any issues which could arise during the project. Thereafter, at the client’s request, weekly site meetings will be held;
• At the client’s request, we will also liaise with architects, planning departments, building control, structural engineers and interior designers;
• Our work standards always comply with health and safety regulations both for our employees and for our clients;
• Uniformed, identifiable, polite and respectful staff; Working on site 5-6 days per week in order to complete in the minimum time;
• Accessible management 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday. Any calls going to a voicemail will be replied with 1 working hour. 24 hour management contact available for emergencies.
